Return Policy
Dr. Jill Health, Inc. accepts customer returns on all non-heat-sensitive products. Product must be received within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, and it must be sealed and unopened. Items in kits/bundles cannot be individually returned. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can assist.

Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping on business days. Charges will be calculated upon checkout. Typically, packages ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. If the order total exceeds $250, a free shipping option is available.

Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Damages
Damaged product will be replaced for the same item only.

Autoship
Autoship orders are recurring orders that can be set to process automatically. The schedule and items in the order can be set by the customer and changed at any time from the account settings page
