  • Is it safe? Are there any side effects?
    It is very important to note that everyone reacts to detoxing differently. Occasionally users report sulfurous flatulence that does not pass. It is typical to be gassy for a few days and then stabilize. Others have to use a low dose but are not able to titrate up the doses over time. These difficult cases usually have gallbladder blockages or kidney disorders. Please consult your doctor before ever trying a new protocol.
  • How quickly will I see results?
    Most of my patients saw results in as little as 30 days, but everyone is different. And remember, if you still have mold in your environment, this won’t work.   • What is the shelf life of your products?
    Expiration dates range from 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Be sure to read the storage instructions for each product. Our NAD Gold product, for example, should be refrigerated upon receipt. It leaves our warehouse frozen and is shipped with an icepack. If your product arrives warm, do not worry. Our heat-sensitive products can be exposed to high temperatures for short periods of time (5-7 days) with no damage to the product.

Heat-Sensitive Products

At Quicksilver Scientific, some of our products are heat sensitive and we frequently are asked many of the same questions. We hope that this FAQ sheet answers any questions or concerns you may have. If you have questions that are not addressed on this sheet or need clarification, please feel free to contact us.

The heat-sensitive products that should be refrigerated and are shipped with a cold pack are CoQ10, Glutathione, Glutathione Complex, The One, and Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid.

My heat-sensitive product arrived warm. Is the product ok?

Yes. Heat-sensitive products can be exposed to room temperature for 5-7 days with no damage to the product. Heat-sensitive products are stored in the freezer prior to shipment and are shipped with an ice pack.

My package arrived and the cold pack isn’t cold. Is the product ok?

Yes, the product is still effective. We include ice packs to keep the product cool in transit, but thawing during transit will occur.

How do I store my heat-sensitive product?

All of Quicksilver Scientific’s heat-sensitive products need to be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
